Find Your Computer IP Address

Internet Protocol ( IP ) address be equipment which can joint to internet public, where consisted of unique number. Every Internet Protocol consisted of four numbers divorced by periods. However sometimes you need to find or change your computers IP address on your home network. Now days computer networking is very common in the average household and not just used in the office or business work environments. In fact many home computer networks have already upgraded to a wireless setup. If you ever need to change your ip address because of a conflict on your network here's how.

There is two ways to find IP address :

1. If the existing of your computer of connect to internet can click here
2. Second way :

• Go to The Start Menu, then choose to open control panel.
• Choose Network connections. (Choose Wireless Network for Wireless setups)
• Right click on your internet connection icon and choose properties.

• While you are there you should tick the box Show icon in notification area when connected.

• Then from the list choose Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

This is my Internet Protocol Properties box. I have chosen to Set my IP address to 114.58.92.120 and the default gateway is my modem IP address.
